PILGRIM CIRCUIT OF COROMANDEL COAST

Day : 01 Arrive Trivandrum by flight or train - Kovalam

Meet and assist you with transfer to your hotel at Kovalam.
Rest of the day at beach.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day : 02 At Kovalam

After breakfast, proceed full day sightseeing tour to Trivandrum. Your visits includes Sree Padmanabha Swamy Temple, Veli tourist village, Science & Technological Museum, Sree Chithira Art Gallery and finally visit best Zoos in South India.

Day : 03 Kovalam to Kanyakumary
After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Kanyakumary. Where one can enjoy the unique experience of watching the sunset and moon rise simultaneously on a full moon evening. Swami Vivekanada, the Great Indian philosopher went into contemplation here on a rock off the shore, you will have 10 minutes boat drive to visit Vivekananda Rock.

Day : 04 Kanyakumary to Madurai 

After breakfast at the hotel, drive to Madurai. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Madurai is the one of India's most ancient cities with a history dating back to the 6th century.
Afternoon visit Meenakshi Temple, Thirumalai Nayakar Mahal, Gandhi Museum, Vandiyur Mariamman Teppakulam etc.
Overnight at the hotel.

Day : 05 Madurai to Rameshwaram

After breakfast, drive to Rameswaram. The Varanasi of the south- dedicated to lord Ramanatha (siva) is one of the most venerated and sacred temples in India.

Visit Sree Ramanathaswami temple, Kothanda Ramaswami Temple, Gandthmadana Parvatham etc.

Day : 06 Rameshwaram to Trichy
After breakfast, drive to Trichy (Thiruchirappally) . This is situated on the banks of river Cauvery.

Rest of the day at leisure.

Day : 07 Trichy
Early morning visit Rock Fort Temple is in the centre of the city. It is 83 meters high and can be reached by climbing 437 steps cut into a tunnel through the rock. There is a Vinayaka temple on the top.

Day : 08 Trichy to Thanjavur
After breakfast, check out from the hotel, and drive to Tanjore. En- route visit Sri Rangam: Sri Rangam is known for its Vaishnavite temple. The temple has 21 magnificent towers surrounded. This temple built around the 13th and 14th centuries.

Upon arrival, check in at your Thanjavur hotel. Half day sightseeing tour at Thanjavur. Visit includes Sri Brahadeeswara Temple. This Massive temple was built by the great Chola King Raja Raja I in the 10th century AD. . And finally visit the Palace, Art Gallery, Schwartz Church etc.

Day : 09 Thanjavur to Palani
After breakfast, drive to Palani. This temple dedicated to Lord Subramania is built on a beautiful hill top, which can be reached by a flight of 659 steps.
A winch train service is also provided to reach the hill top. Evening visit the Palani temple.

Day : 10 Palani to Kodaikanal
After your breakfast, drive to Kodai. On arrival check-in at your hotel.
Kodaikanal: " The Princes of Hills", is an heavenly gift to earth. Kodai has more sunshine than any other Indian hill station.

Relax in the comfort of the hotel after your long drive.

Day : 11 Kodaikanal
After your breakfast proceed with a full day sightseeing tour at Kodai. Enjoy various attractions. Visit includes Solar Physical Observatory, Bryant Park, Coaker's Walk, Green valley view, Natural History Museum and Pillar Rocks.

Day : 12 Kodai to Coimbatore
After the breakfast drive to Coimbatore. On arrival, check in at the hotel.
The day is being kept free for you to catch shopping and explore the city on your own
Overnight at the hotel.

Day : 13 Depart from Coimbatore
Rest of day free for you till you are transfer to airport or railway station for your onwards destination.
