Full day excursion to Kanyakumari. Kanya Kumari is the land's end of India where the water of the Arabian Sea, the Bay of Bengal and the Indian Ocean meet. An important pilgrim centre of India,it is famous for the Amman Temple-a symbol of unity and sanctity-dedicated to the virgin Goddess, Kanya Kumari. To its South-East lies the famous Vivekananda Rock Memorial, a blend of all the architectural styles of India. Overnight at Trivandrum. |

Day : 03 TRIVANDRUM/ALLEPPEY/KUMARAKOM | |||
Morning drive to Alleppey to board house boat to Kumarakom.It is an incredibly different experience to cruise in the back waters in house boats absorbing the beauty of Kerala villages. The scenery flashes up vivid contrasts of breath-taking greens & deep blues. A journey through the curving and winding backwaters of Kerala is an experience of returing to nature. Day : 04 ARRIVE KUMARAKOM | |||
Arrive Kumarakom & transfer to hotel. Kumarakom (Kottayam) is the loveliest Village in Kerala, blessed with nature's rare gifts is on the Eastern side of the vast Vembanad Lake. Day : 05 KUMARAKOM/PERIYAR | |||
Drive to Periyar & check-in at hotel. Periyar is the earliest sanctuary. Set up in 1934, it extends to 777 square kms & forms part of the high mountain ranges, the Western Ghats. Wild life can be seen while cruising on Periyar Lake in a motor boat. Amongst the animals which can be seen are elephants, wild boar, sambar, tiger, leopard, wild dog, langur monkeys, etc. |

Day : 06 PERIYAR/MUNNAR | |||
Drive to Munnar & check-in at hotel. Munnar is situated at the confluenceof three mountains stream- Madrapizha, Nallathani & kundala. 1600 m. above sea level, the hioll station was once the summer resort of erstwhile British Govet in Douth India. Sprawling tea plantations, picture book towns, winding lanes & holidays facilities make the popular resort town. Among the exotic flora found in the forest & grassland here is the Neelakurinji. This flower which bathes the hills in blue every twelve years, will bloom next in 2006 AD. Munnar also has the highest peak in South India, Anamudi. |

Drive to Cochin & check-in at hotel. Cochin is the natural harbour created by the famed underwater Malabar mud-banks whose quality ensures that the rougher the seas are outside the calmer the waters are within the Harbour.
